The project planning Deptt is under direct supervision of one of the director (s). The project planning Deptt uses the modern tools such as M.S PROJECTS to do detail analysis of the dynamics of the project using the concept of PERT, CPM, OPERATIONS SCHEDULING, CRITICAL PATH SCHEDULING etc. |
